Our mission is to redefine what an escape room can be by crafting next-level immersive experiences powered by deep storytelling and live, cinematic performance.

At Great Escapists, the story comes first — rich, layered narratives that feel like stepping into a movie. Every puzzle, every clue, every heartbeat of tension is designed to move the story forward, not distract from it. We believe the puzzle should be the story — the way you progress through each chapter, uncovering the world piece by piece.

 

Our live-actor-driven gameplay takes this immersion even further. Our performers don’t just play characters — they live them. They adapt, react, and evolve with your decisions, creating moments that can’t be scripted and experiences that feel utterly real. It’s this blend of interactive theatre and escape room design that transforms our games into unforgettable cinematic journeys.

 

We’re proud to launch our first escape experience in partnership with Royston Museum, bringing local history and storytelling together in bold, unexpected ways. This collaboration marks just the beginning of our journey — as we continue to form new partnerships, create new worlds, and build toward the opening of our permanent home in 2027.
