In late 2026, 101-year-old inventor Edward Williams finally achieves what he has spent a lifetime pursuing: the invention of a working time machine. Built from discarded computer parts and second-hand tech, it’s an unlikely masterpiece of ingenuity. But it’s about to become his greatest mistake.

For 80 years, Edward has carried the memory of a woman he loved called Eleanor who was lost during the Blitz of 1941. Now, with time running out, he has one final wish: to return to the past and see her one last time.

In 2027, Edward finally makes the journey. But instead of a triumphant reunion, disaster strikes. The machine’s quantum reactor overheats, triggering a catastrophic failure. The vortex geo-fuser locks onto the year 1941, and everything goes wrong.

Rather than simply transporting Edward as intended, the machine tears through time itself, swapping the 101-year-old inventor with his 26-year-old counterpart. Young Edward is hurled into a world he cannot begin to understand, while his older self finds himself back in wartime Britain, with the Blitz raging around him.

But the damage doesn’t stop there.

The machine is no longer just moving people through time. It’s dragging 1941 into 2027. Wartime secrets, forgotten objects and the terrifying reality of the Blitz are beginning to bleed into the present. With every passing moment, the boundary between the two eras weakens, and history itself hangs in the balance.

As Edward’s most trusted allies, it’s up to you to repair his makeshift machine, stabilise the failing reactor and send young Edward back where he belongs before the damage becomes irreversible.

Because if you fail, Edward may never get the chance to fulfil his final wish. The past could consume the present. And the war we remember could become the war we live.

Can you fix the machine before history repeats itself?
